Western Travels

Climbing into the Rockies in eastern British Columbia.

The roof of the continent was lower than I expected; belts of cloud smothered the taller mountains. I love the texture they added to the photo.

Snow is perennial up there.

Lovely, but chilly.

Jasper town.

A shot of opportunity.

Unspoiled beauty.

What a wonderful landscape.

For my next mountain climb...

A sample of Winnipeg architecture. Well, minds do go funny so far from the sea; this is close to the geographic centre of the continent.
